ABOUT
I am a ‘digital first’ fashion freelancer specializing in CG3D Digital Apparel Design & Asset Creation; enabling more Responsible Design and product creation processes, and the opportunity for playable, virtual go-to-market assets and pure digital fashion experiences.
I have a broad knowledge and skill-set within the fashion and textile industry. I started my journey as a bespoke journeyman tailor and pattern cutter on London’s Savile Row. I have a Master degree from the Royal College of Art. I’ve designed for renowned iconic designers, shown during International fashion weeks and stocked in the world’s leading luxury fashion stores. I’ve designed across genders, categories and markets, and lead creative teams within boutique labels and premium global brands; living and working in six countries. Along the way I’ve spearheaded sustainability, digital and best practice within Design, Product and Brand teams.
Today I’m a product visualization specialist who creates production, go-to-market and promotional launch media for physical fashion goods. I work primarily in CLO3D, creating digital twins and assets to build products and experiences IRL and for Web3. Other CG3D tools I regularly use include Daz3D, Blender, Adobe CC & Substance Painter. I have some experience with Browzwear, PenelopeCAD and Shima Seiki Apex Fizz. Above is an exploration into interactivity using Javascript - I am a strong believer in life-long-learning. I practice biophilic lead, responsible design and have a keen interest in made-on/to-demand and XR technologies.
Alongside my freelance work I teach fashion design, digital and professional practice, part-time, at Kingston School of Art. I take on new clients throughout the year, so if you are intrigued and would like to discuss a project please get in touch.
